Our Origin Story

Our founder, Josue Negron, spent over a decade leading developer experience and product architecture at companies like Dell, VMware, AirWatch, and OneTrust. At VMware, he partnered with Microsoft as a design partner on Windows enterprise security features, architecting secure implementations for global customers managing massive Windows fleets. As a recognized thought leader, he published extensively and delivered conference talks that helped shape best practices in enterprise security and endpoint management.

At OneTrust, he scaled the developer ecosystem to 60k+ developers while designing API frameworks that enterprises rely on today. After years of building, Josue realized his true calling was breaking things—with permission—and founded E3 Cyber to help organizations harden their apps against real-world attacks.
